Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 — the same limit applies to each method.
Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. For any delays, please contact our support team. Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the account registered under the same name.
6 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions must be met before requesting a withdrawal:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
- Account identity verification must be completed.
- The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours. In some cases, timing may vary depending on banking hours and the verification process.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
New members at bb11 receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to claiming the bonus:
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
- The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds: bonus amount × 25.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.
Another example: A deposit of ৳34,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳54,000.
bb11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time. If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned through it may be voided. If bonus abuse or an attempt to defraud is detected, the account may be closed.
8 Responsible Gaming Policy
